In a blur of hospitals, labour, feeding, sleeping, crying, laughing and happiness.
I still have no knitting to show you. Actually, I have half a sock- which was mostly knit during the "waiting for labour" days at the start of the month. I turned the heel a day or so ago in a spare 5 minutes. It felt good to have the needles in my hands again. However, to show you I would have to find the camera, so instead you'll have to make do with Thomas in his Garter Yoke Cardigan
and some fabulous cakes his Auntie Rachel made.

Cutie baby. Funny cakes....lovely!
As for the knitting, only now, 7 years after the birth of the first of 3 children, am I considering starting another jumper for me. My advice: stick to the small projects for a while!!
The knitting with a baby gets easier. I found I can actually crochet and feed at the same time so that is always something to do. I tended to do my knitting in the evenings when Evie was first born, now I can do it whilst she is awake and Leah always tries to help!
What a little star he is. :-D I was rubbish at getting pictures of Rose in her smallest handknits.
aah, he's so cute! I swear they start out small so that it's easy to make small knitty items for them. Just enjoy this time with him, before you know it he'll be taller than you:)
Ahhhhh bless him he is gorgeous! And very cute in his handknit.
ahhh love it!! He is very cute in his cardi. Enjoy these times as little time it seems you have now the next few years it will be even less sadley.
Lovely to see him relaxing in his handknits! Male model extraordinaire! And as for those cakes...!?!
