P-Hopping on the Plinth

On Saturday morning from 9am-10am I will be taking these squares up onto the 4th Plinth in Trafalgar Square as part of Anthony Gormley's One and Other project.

I will be working on some more squares for the p/hop Afghan and sewing them into one of the blankets that will be raffled at the I Knit weekender in September.

The weather forecast is sunny and 27 degrees. No excuses for sleeping in!

If you can’t make it on Saturday go to http://www.oneandother.co.uk/ for a live stream of my adventures on the plinth.

I'm sorry I won't be there Roo but I will watch you online live from Bristol! And maybe even knit along with you.

If I wasn't working on Friday night I would be there like a shot!

I hope it goes really well. I'll look at the link when I get home from work and cheer you on from a distance.

We are watching you from here in Musselburgh, lol. My kids are most impressed!
At least it's not raining where you are. I'm off to spin at a garden event and it's pouring down here!

Well I stayed long enough to watch you swap places with the man with the shed. Was it fun then?

I've watched you through internet. Did you enjoy it? Isn't 1 hour very long when you're in the middle of attention?
